Attend a thorough 1:1 introductory session with me at my private studio in Worthing (or at your own home if preferred) where we will undertake a posture analysis, go through the fundamentals of Pilates, assess your goals, work through any particular areas of restriction or weakness and kick start your Pilates journey with me.

My small classes are designed to give you a personalised and balanced all body work out; focusing on strengthening your core muscles, increasing mobility and flexibility; and giving you better posture.
Class are held in 6 week blocks. You are welcome to join classes part way through a block term. Bookings can be made on the 'Book' page.
Maximum of 8-10 attendees in a class.
