As a Pilates teacher I help women understand their bodies and the many changes related to their pregnancy. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Pre and Postnatel Pilates and am well equipped (also having had two children myself) to understand how your body is changing and how to exercises not only safely but that will enable you and your growing baby to thrive.
In my carefully planned classes I aim to prepare women mentally and physically for labour and delivery. If you are 16+ weeks into your pregnancy you are welcome to join our supportive and friendly small class.
Classes are held in 4 week blocks and cost £40 per block.
Maximum of 7 women per class to enable you to feel relaxed and gain the most out of your class.
1:1 private sessions are also available.
